Hello,

I haven't been able to figure out how to create a biom table object from three separate pandas dataframes consisting of my otu table, taxa table, and sample metadata. It seems like I can only add one column of metadata at a time when creating a biom table object within python.

Is there a tutorial available for how to quickly go from these common file types to a biom table object and to exporting a biom file?
