Description
dmake 4.13.1 identifies itself as 4.13.0.
% dmake -V | head -n1
dmake - Version 4.13.0 (x86_64-apple-darwin21.4.0)
The version was updated yesterday in README.md in 642c8bf but the version still needs to be updated in configure, configure.ac, win95/microsft/config.h, and winnt/microsft/config.h.
