This is to prevent a flow like this for example:

$ tome new greetings:hello
Generated script: greetings/hello.py
$ sandbox tome install greetings
Copied 2 files. Ignored 0 files.
Installed source: /Users/carlosz/Documents/developer/sandbox/greetings
$ tome list
Error: Error loading command 'test_hello.py' from '.../scripts/a7419397cdcff': No module named 'greetings'
Error: No matches were found for * pattern.
