trying to write a system like htmx but with the template capabilities of vue, and i wanted to write it in c.

to buld the project, run the following commands

chmod +x make.sh
./make.sh
./out/op3l 4000 # run the server on port 4000
# OR
./out/op3l samples/main.op3l # run the op3l interpreter (experimental)
