Description

This PR adds a gitpod.io configuration file that prepares the dev environment and installs the dependencies.
You can test it at: https://gitpod.io/#https://github.com/histolab/histolab/pull/379

@schiism whenever you have time could you please add a section in the quickstart paragraph of the README? I'd like to share this amazing thing with who is interested in histolab and want to try it quickly without installing it 🤷🏽 make sense to you?
