Over a year since last pre-release! I will probably have broken more
things than I have fixed, but here goes:

* cplay:
    - patch from Geork Lehner to fix URL bug on command line (DB#288700)
    - replaced deprecated apply()
    - one-line scrolling
    - continue after errors during recursive add
    - added FrameOffsetPlayerMpp
    - handle_command a bit differently

    - ogg123 now handles .flac and .spx (fixes DB#258753)
    - require either ID3 or ogg modules for viewing metadata (DB#245130)
