The DoCM project and DoCM.info web service has been retired. All the data that was hosted on docm.info (TSV, VSF, and SQL formats) can be obtained from the /data directory in this repository.

The DoCM project has been succeeded by the Clinical Interpretation of Variants in Cancer (CIViC).
