A new release fixing many bugs and introducing some new features

• A new navigation side menu allows quick navigation by sura/juz
• Fix Chrome rendering issue (#4 , fixed by @louy)
• Toggle colors in preferences now match the selected theme
• Tapping on a search result will now directly jump to the matched aya, instead of jumping to the beginning of the page
• Many performance tweaks
• Internal code cleanups
