Remove debug, as this is overly verbose.
Consolidate the information about monitors by using "monitors." as a namespace, and expose information (from xrandr) about the monitors FVWM knows about. This marks for deprecation some of the older $[screen.X] variables, but remain in place for now. Parly addresses #59
