Adding a WebContentsView to another WebContentsView using addChildView is not rendering correctly #47990

Expected Behavior
The childView should always be on top of the view.
Actual Behavior
It seems that the view is on top of the childView.

Additional Information
It works correctly in version 34.5.8 on macOS, but it appears in Electron versions higher than 33 on Windows systems.
