[Bug]: REGRESSION, on MacOS starting 31 when you open devtool the text in the window become unselectable #43003

Expected Behavior
Text to be selectable

Additional Information
You just need to change the version in the Electron Feedle.
In 30.3.0 everything is good.
starting version 31.0.0-alpha1 and more recent, the text is no more selectable.
If you comment line 30 from main.js (that just open the devtools) the text is selectable.
