Currently, if CheCluster controller failed to reconcile, then:

• error is printed in a console
• CheCluster status is updated

It is not enough and sometimes hard to understand the status of CheCluster controller.
So, it is needed to emphasize in the error message that reconciliation has not been completed and some objects may be out of date.
