this is CowFreedom (also known as Tristan) from OSPO. We try to streamline the organizational README.md from the ApeiroRA projects to make them a little more standardized.
Contained in this pull request is a sample organizational readme to serve as a base. While this sample took your existing README as inspiration, please check it for errors (and modify if there are some).
