We need to upgrade more than ever now as certain aspects of the cirrus toolkit are becoming difficult to back-port to egui 0.29.

However to upgrade we need to try and solve the following issues regarding newer egui version:

• Image animation issues in Egui 0.30+ #77
• SVG image support broken and causing lag in Egui 0.32 #66

This issue will be holding back the settings menu pr now. #79
