TODO items from the previous entry are now carried over when creating
new entries. This is customizable through org-journal-carryover-items.

Also enables org-journal-open-{next|previous}-entry to work from unsaved
buffers. (This only works *from* unsaved buffers, though. You can't
switch back *to* them.)
