This release of shrimPy was used to collect and analyze data from the mantis microscope presented in our manuscript.

In future releases we plan to separate the data analysis module into an independent repository to facility reuse across multiple projects. We also plan to extend the acquisition engine to support data collection across multiple microscopes.
