One more place to patch cni - moved to common

Remove any previous modules, if rebuilding

With newer podman, exec requires the -i flag

It was not needed with version 1.4.4, and stdin was broken
with 1.6.4 and 1.7.0 - fixed again in podman "master"/1.7.1

Update linux kernel version in the readme

Don't move /etc/crio/crio.conf (only /etc/cni)

Patch also the new dynamic /etc/cni/net.d

Add instructions on how to no-deploy and load

Bundle both the coredns and pause airgapped images.

Exclude both traefik and servicelb from the default.

Add persistance for the rootless containers too

Upgrade kernel version, 4.14.84 to 4.14.93

Compiling with retpoline requires gcc 7.3.0 or later !
