Rebased Dreamwidth history.

Dreamwidth forked from LiveJournal in April 2008, but didn't preserve history
in their conversion to Mercurial. They later converted the Mercurial history
to git. This is that converted git history (up to commit a3406d42) grafted
onto the divergence point from the LiveJournal git history archive, giving
a more accurate history for the Dreamwidth code.
