Filter the output data by QC criteria

I want to specify criteria from the QC-Check module that should be used as filter. All transcripts that fail (NOK) the test should not be included in the output file.
I want to filter for multiple criteria at once.

Suggested CLI argument: --filter "correct stop codon" --filter "premature stop codon"

TBD: How to treat NA QC-checks?
