The documentation about the unit of cd (crack density) in the theory by "Hudson (1980, 1981) (hudson or crack) Cracks" in "MS_effective_medium" is not clear for me. Is it the density of cracks in the medium (the number of cracks per m^3)? I also cannot find information of the shape, size and direction of cracks and the characteristics of the medium.
