jsone as JSON library, aws config auto discovery

* replace jiffy with jsone
  because jiffy is a NIF which is not convenient to built on non-Linux
  machine for AWS containers
* discover AWS config using erlcloud builtin methods
  to broaden test and deployment use cases

remove warnings for 21 OTP, make dialyzer happy
