A couple of new functions added:

• row_to_istore creates an istore from a record containing two arrays;
• row_to_bigistore creates a bigistore from a record containing two arrays;

Added a new input format for istores of the form '([1,2,3], [4,5,6])'.

This is the initial fully public release of istore on PGXN
