The idea is to allow mcpjungle admin to Override the configuration of a specific Tool to make their lives better.

Override means you can change the following things about a tool:

1. Name
2. Input schema: params & their descriptions
3. Description
4. Default values

Benefits:

1. Overriding can improve the accuracy of your LLM by helping them pick the right tool. Eg- Customize a description like use the get_current_time tool to check the time first before accepting any orders from the user
2. Might reduce token count, saving money. Eg- make descriptions shorter.

eg- I would personally like to rename some of the tools provided by Huggingface mcp - they tend to cause warnings in my cursor.
