Do you want to include the copyright owner in the copyright lines?
Also, IANAL, but Copilot thinks that "All Rights Reserved" in this project is likely not going to have any weight because the project is overall GPLv3. Do you want to include a @license line instead?

Revises the structure of the program for advancements into the future.

UI refresh and MVC design.
