This PR provides an updated metadata generator that provides a form that will generate metadata for both the current more app, and the PR More app overte-org/overte#1615.

This makes some notable changes to the repo:

• The generator webpage is now located at 'metadata_generator' as opposed to metadata_js_generator.
  • The page still exists but it serves as a redirect to metadata_generator.
  • This was made because we are no longer generating a Javascript function with the PR More app.
• You can now provide your own repository and have the generator work based on that.
• Index.html was also touched up as on my monitors the text seem needlessly small. Some language was also changed and moved around for brevity.

TODO:

• Test output for consistent results
• Ensure output does not break the existing More application

Before this is merged I would also like to see if using SCSS is fine when it comes to contributing to the master branch. SCSS is, to oversimplify, a preprocessor for CSS. I don't think it is a major overhead in the long run but I would figure I get this discussion settled now opposed to several months down the line.
