Design:
As discussed in the last weekly meeting, should have:

• a separate API call, that delivers all non-delivered info
• extension should cache the info list and show them in sequence (maybe need a priority system in the future?)
• a "dismiss-info" click activity should be sent when the user closes the infobox.
