Description of feature

Create a module to stage Imaging Mass Cytometry (IMC) files for usage in MCMICRO. The Hyperion imaging system outputs one .mcd file per slide containing multiple acquisitions as well as one .txt file per acquisition. The staging module would transform the .txt files to float32 .tif files with corresponding OME-XML metadata.
