A config toggle to disable webhooks and send Discord messages as the Bot user.

Additional context
I am trying to get this to sync a Facebook group with Discord while also having a bot that syncs Discord with Minecraft.
The problem is that the bot that syncs Discord with MC does not read webhooks, and because of that, messages sent from Facebook don't reach MC. Everything else works though.
