The current instructions on the documentation use a Debian / Ubuntu base image, when we should be using smaller images such as Alpine or Wolfi / distroless. I did some work building better images to run Minicli but this wasn't documented, the images are available in the minicli/runtimes repository - need an update and then add this to the documentation.
