Helpful snippets for Xcode!

1. Past the snippet in Xcode.
2. Select the text.
3. Right-click and select Create Code Snippet...
4. Completion - What you would like Xcode to trigger this snippet with.
5. Availability - Limits the snippet visibility based on the specified scope.
6. Simply typing the trigger word and Xcode will paste the snippet.
