  • I'm interested in Reproducible Research (and obviously open-source), Cancer, Automation, Containers, Data Integration, Visualization and much more...
  • I enjoy doing pipelines with Nextflow, that are reproducible using Conda, Docker, Singularity... and can run anywhere, including AWS, GCP, Azure...
