I’m a final-year Bachelor of Science student majoring in Computing and Software Systems, concurrently completing a Diploma in Applied Mathematics at the University of Melbourne. I have a strong foundation in programming, software development, and mathematical modelling, with practical experience across Python, C, Java and have explored many, many languages and technologies. My studies have equipped me with skills in algorithms, data structures, numerical methods, and applied mathematical modelling, which I enjoy applying to real-world problems.
Alongside my academic work, I have led and contributed to student initiatives, serving as an Undergraduate Student Representative on the Science Student-Staff Reference Committee (SSRC) and as a sub-committee member for the largest student run computing club, Computing and Information Systems Students Association (CISSA) Projects team. Through these roles, I’ve developed leadership, collaboration, and communication skills while supporting student communities and managing complex projects.
I have a passion for building software and exploring computational solutions, demonstrated through projects such as a rule-based AI for a Pinochle card game, a LaTeX-based automated diary generator, and implementations of common data structures and algorithms in Python, Java and C. I enjoy designing clean, modular code and applying rigorous problem-solving techniques, bridging the gap between theory and practical application.
I am particularly interested in software engineering, applied mathematics, and algorithmic problem solving, and I’m always looking to learn, collaborate, and contribute to projects that challenge me to think critically and innovate.
