This is the script of the GROMACS tutorials webpage. All the GROMACS input files used or generated during the tutorials can be found in the gromacstutorials-inputs repository.

The tutorials are compatible with the 2024.2 release of GROMACS.

The Matplotlib Pyplot functions for the figures are shared here.

The template from the first page has been adapted from HTML5 UP. The other pages use the Sphinx generator with the furo style.
