Abstract
This article is about the developement of new Internet services at the Network and Computer Science Departement of the National Institute of Telecommunications (INT)of Evry.It deals mainly with a project related to an applications server,purely Java and Web (HTML)oriented,which main objective is to offer a set of online applications to any Web user (even mobile in the future),and a multi-point multi-media architecture (client/server),also purely Java,aiming to allow connnected users to exchange any type of data (text,audio,video,etc),independently from their transport protocol (TCP or UDP).
