I also recommend providing more details in your question. I don't think you've provided enough information for anyone to work out what's going wrong. Pasting the ACTUAL request you're making (but hiding tokens, account IDs, etc) would probably help.

If you're really using the SDK, there's this. But your mention of endpoint suggests that you're using the Web API, which is a separate forum category. Bear in mind that the Web API isn't real-time, so it could be 20 minutes before you can detect the condition if you go that way.

I gather, from your other post, that you're using an Inspire. Inspire can't use the SDK, so you'll need to use the Web API. Note that real-time ('current') data can't be obtained from the Web API.

If my memory is correct, Versa Lite doesn't have WiFi but the Fitbit developer bridge requires WiFi (and not bluetooth). All other Fitbit smart watches had WiFi so it wasn't an issue for those. No, you don't need to install that GitHub project. You may be able to proceed by using the Fitbit Simulator for quicker testing, then upload a build to your GAM page and install it on your watch using the private link there.

There is no easy way to do it, and even the 'rawest' available data is heart rate once per second (during exercise). You can get synced data from the Web API or third-party tools that use it. You could also try exporting your Fitbit data from the mobile app.

Thanks for the info. That health tracking service sounds like a good fit for Health Connect. There's an API for that, although you'd need to write a hand-held (Android) component since it doesn't have a presence in Wear OS. If AIA Connect doesn't yet link with Health Connect, and if you're a bit of an entrepeneur, there's a great opportunity for you.

I moved to Pixel Watch (Wear OS). You can make simple watchfaces without writing a single line of code using this (although I prefer to do it the hard way). I have no idea what AIA Connect is, so I don't know about connectivity thereto.

I'm getting pretty rusty, but it could be something to do with elements not having id attributes when they need one. I suspect that the system relies on id to route some events so, even if your code doesn't require an element to have an id, the system actually might. I'd be closely looking at the nested <svg>s as well.

Are there any public Watch Face Format (XML) development forums? There's an official forum for Watch Face Studio, and an official forum and Discord for Fitbit devs, but I can't find equivalents for Watch Face Format. In addition to general help and discussion, I've created some relevant dev tools that I'd like to share. I know this is 98% off-topic, but Watch Face Format is the closest thing to a successor for Fitbit's clockface SVG that I know of.

Thanks for posting the link! At a wild guess, it could be because you're trying to resize images on the watch (and flame seems especially large). That's a dangerous passtime because the watch is relatively weak. Put resized versions of images in your project that are, ideally, exactly the same resolution as that at which they'll be displayed.

None of them synchronise with the Web API in real time. However, Sense 1 and Versa 3 can provide real-time data via the Device and Companion APIs. Be warned that handling the comms is very difficult and error-prone. Sense 2 and Versa 4 sort-of can too, although the SDK for those was never finished so you'd have to attempt use of the beta SDK. Unless you're a very keen coder, or have access to someone who is, be wary about travelling this route.
