Seeing people compare the Arctic sequences in the new Frankenstein movie to The Terror has me forcibly restraining myself from jumping into people's notes to recommend White Horizon by Jen Hill, so I'll put it here instead. Need to investigate the flooding situation on my dash lately

im not even the type of guy to go "actually it's frankenstein's MONSTER" because a painting by rembrandt or picasso or any other artist is often called "a rembrandt" or "a picasso" as shorthand. so in this respect frankenstein's monster can be considered "a frankenstein"

it's only a true frankenstein if it was produced in the frankenstein region of switzerland. otherwise it's just a sparkling homunculus
oh the dreaddddddd the dread everybody the dread? you know the dread?
my most toxic trait is i fucking love work gossip. i play neutral not to be the bigger person or take the high road but to hear slander and hearsay from every side. two coworkers complained about each other to me in the same afternoon and i nearly blacked out from the rush
