New phone takes some time to get used to the way it operates, compared to my previous iPhone SE. Not sure I like the placement of all of the buttons on the side--too easy to hit one by mistake, but that will come with time. So far, four stars.

I will always have an iPhone. My first phone was an Android, but I found the iPhone was much easier to use and more user intuitive. I’m elderly, so the easier the better for me.

Apple Intelligence is available in beta on all iPhone 16 models, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max, with Siri and device language set to U.S. English, as an iOS 18 update. English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK) language support available this December. Some features and support for additional languages, like Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, and others, will be coming over the course of the next year.
The displays have rounded corners. When measured as a rectangle, the screen is 6.12 inches (iPhone 16), 6.69 inches (iPhone 16 Plus), 6.27 inches (iPhone 16 Pro) or 6.86 inches (iPhone Pro Max) diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.
Battery life varies by use and configuration. See apple.com/batteries for more information.
Accessories sold separately.
Some features may not be available for all countries or all areas.
Roadside Assistance, Emergency SOS, and Messages via satellite are included for free for two years with the activation of any iPhone 14 or later model. The staff was very nice but the whole process was unnecessarily complicated. There was which model phone and which plan had which options. Then there was discussion about home internet and discounted rates in streaming services. In the end, I walked out of the door more confused than satisfied.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Ordered the phones 14 days ago and still haven’t received them. Was told we’d get them in 3-5 business days. No one can seem to locate them and no one is helpful in store or on the phone. Will be canceling service with them.

upset when received the phone by mail to open the box and see how small it is. My previous phone was a pro max so I didn’t think the difference would be too much but I was wrong. It’s like having a toy phone.

Difficult and time consuming process for new customer to order plans and new devices online.
