If you are in either the Remora or Whale Shark tiers, the rewards for October will get mailed out the beginning of November!
Make sure you don’t edit your payment until a couple days later. Everyone gets charged on the 1st of the following month and sometimes people jump ship too early and don’t get charged for the rewards :)
