I myself have been taking medication on a daily basis for the last ten years, and I know that it has saved my life. I'm very fortunate to be in a position where I can both access and afford that medication. This is not the case for Farah's parents (@shahdgazza @mimigaza, @rawdagaza).
Farah is a girl living in Gaza with kidney disease and autism. She desperately needs to take medication for both, but especially for her kidney. Her condition has deteriorated recently because her parents haven't been able to give her the medication that she needs for over a year, due to the prices of medication in Gaza right now, and a lack of funds.
If you know anyone who has kidney disease, then you know how serious it can be. Her mother has told me that she currently needs $200 to buy medication. So far, she has received nothing. Farah really really needs this medication. Her mother is very scared that she might die. I don't have to explain to you how scary it is to see your own child suffer and be unable to do anything to help.
I am working to set up a new fundraiser for Farah and her family (money from previous fundraisers were stolen from them!), but for the time being we are using a PayPal link to collect money.
For verification, please see here. They are vetted by association, as is explained in the link. We are working on getting them vetted by gazavetters.
[EDIT/ Fantastic news, this campaign is now verified by gazavetters! You will find it as #451 on their spreadsheet. Thank you so much!!!]

[EDIT/ I have been able to start a fundraiser on Chuffed, where you can pay by card!]
Thank you so much for donating (if you are able), and for sharing this post.
