Honestly kind of crazy that Z-A just casually introduced the idea of having your own Team Rocket style gang AND having to fight other teams in like a turf war, and just didn't actually do anything with it...

Like, the name "Team MZ" is very specifically written the same way they right all the other villain teams in Pokemon, -dan[団]. (Rocket-dan, Aqua-dan/Magma-dan, Ginga-dan, Plasma-dan, Flare-dan, Skull-dan, Yell-dan, Star-dan) And even the other teams in Z-A that don't use the name format get their own team logos that fit the classic villain team letter criteria:

The funniest thing about Corbeau's role in the plot is that Team MZ never really gets over their distrust/fear of him. Even at the end, Naveen is like 'I wish we didn't have to work with the Rust Syndicate, but...' and I think the last time Urbain talks about him is during the Tournament where he tells you to beat him so bad he'll never make you work for him again. Meanwhile, MC and Corbeau are like besties after their match. 'The boss's mood improves when you come over.' 'I can be myself around you.' 'Been a while since we worked together.' MC is like hanging out with Corbeau, and the rest of Team MZ won't go near him with a 10-foot pole lol

The funniest thing in Legends Z-A is the implication that a wretched, tedious Zygarde Cell Fetch Quest does in fact exist in-universe, but Zygarde just. Gave the fetch quest to an NPC to do mostly off-screen instead of giving it to you, the player. Most hilarious possible way of acknowledging it.
