Hello 🙋

My name is Maram, I am 25 years old from Gaza. I dreamed of a peaceful life, spending my life with my husband and my three children... but the war turned this dream into an impossible one 💔😭. We lived through this genocide with all its painful details and we are still suffering from it😭. We were so happy when the ceasefire was announced, and we returned to our homes in northern Gaza after being displaced for a year and a half in a tent in the south of the Gaza Strip. After repairing a small room in our destroyed house, we began to live there and start over. Unfortunately, the war came back, and it was even stronger than before 💔. Now, we have no shelter or source of income. We have used up all our savings during the war. I know I created my campaign very late, but that's because I have no other means to help my family 🙏. I am completely confident and hopeful that someone here will help us as much as they can and save my family in these tough circumstances 😔.

I know how painful and frustrating it is to start over from scratch, but I hope to get any amount for my family 🥺🙏.
So, please, donate to my campaign, even if it's a small amount—it will have a big impact on us 🥺. May God bless you, my friend 🥰❤️.

✅️Vetted by @gazavetters, my number verified on the list is ( #575)✅️

Message from the Sameer Project! Please boost!

You’re starting to see more images of food in the markets, of prepared meals in community kitchens, stalls serving modified menus. The word “famine” is not being used as much. This is the plan, this is part of the modified and strategically engineered genocide.

To meet aid delivery quotas and to pacify an international audience who became increasingly more alarmed at the images of starving children, the occupation is letting in more goods. But what is being let in is certainly not quality, but quantity, and certainly of limited nutritional value.

The occupation is providing Palestinians in Gaza with sugary soft drinks, candy, instant noodles, canned goods, anything with a high calorie count in order to bulk up the population but without giving them healthy or nutritions food. Where is the chicken, the meat, vegetables and fruit? They are controlling Palestinian’s diets, making sure their consumption leads to diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, and other ailments.

Our teams are still providing meals for families and on October 13, Translating Falasteen (@translatingpal) x The Sameer Project distributed 200 hot meals of rice at Jenan Camp 3 near Hamad City in Khan Younis. [X]

For less than $6 per meal you can help feed families that have no one else to rely on, no source for nutrition and care. Donate to the South Campaign.

Other ways to donate include:

paypal.me/mahertali (Paypal option, please make sure to add a message saying "South aid")

account.venmo.com/u/Maher-Ali (Venmo option, please make sure to add a message saying "South aid")

It's the time of year that students all over the world are starting school and university back up again, and this is also the case for Gazans, who have striven not to interrupt their schooling even through the grueling conditions they've been made to live through during this genocide.

As I'm sure many have heard of already, @isnadfoundation was started up earlier this year in order to fill a crucial need for students to have a safe space with reliable facilities to study and work in for free without having to pay the costs one would usually have to pay at any other venue.

Unfortunately during the course of the genocide, the facilities rented by them were struck and destroyed by the occupation forces. However, the need for this space has not gone away and @ma7moudgaza2 is hoping to get Isnad back up and running again.

He will need the funds to do this, however, and these funds are critically low.

He needs to find and pay for a new venue for the initiative, as well as replace the equipment and furniture, secure a source of power and internet and various necessary administrative costs.

You can support Isnad at the link below:

Today in Gaza, people are hungry… but also, people are lost. There's a young graduate sitting on rubble, without even a laptop to work on. There's a university student studying by candlelight, without internet to continue his education. There's an engineer who, instead of building, is searching for a box of aid to feed his family.

Do you know what that means? It means the occupation doesn't want to kill us with bullets, it wants to kill us with ignorance, with helplessness, by turning us into just people waiting for a bag of flour, waiting for aid… and this is the biggest crime against us. Today, all of us in Gaza need a bite to eat… but tomorrow? Do I have to keep relying on others for my whole life to live? This is the question that worries me the most!! Or should I be able to provide for myself and my family and rebuild my life from scratch?

That's why, instead of the $25 being a meal for one day, let it be an investment in a student who will emerge from under the rubble, will learn, and will be able to provide his own food forever.

Let it be a share of empowerment, not just so that Gaza lives one more day… but so that Gaza rises, stands, and perseveres forever.

Help us build a future for the coming days in Gaza.
