Stop, don't ignore me, what did my child do?

My child is sick, and the days are passing slowly as I try to help him recover. I cannot describe my feeling as I see him suffering, and I am unable to provide what he needs due to lack of capabilities. Today, I appeal to you with all my heart: Help us overcome this ordeal.
