  1. Univariable analysis for genetic risk factors of proportion of beta-PPA. q1 represents the degree of African ancestry. The genetic and polygenic risk scores were developed by our group to predict the likelihood of developing POAG. GRS and PRS were analysed as raw scores for consistency with prior POAAGG studies. Standardised (z-score) versions of these scores yielded similar results and are available upon request. The 3 SNPS were identified by a large GWAS study as likely causal of POAG.
