The U.S. Black Chambers, Inc. (USBC) provides committed, visionary leadership and advocacy in the realization of economic empowerment. Through the creation of resources and initiatives, we support African American Chambers of Commerce and business organizations in their work of developing and growing Black enterprises Five Pillars of Service: Advocacy - The USBC fights for legislation that promotes small business growth, particularly policies that address the challenges of Black business owners. Access to Capital - Capital access remains the most important factor limiting the establishment, expansion and growth of Black-owned businesses. Contracting - At the USBC, our goal is to level the playing field by helping members gain access to business opportunities in the private and public sectors. Entrepreneur Training - The USBC is committed to helping Black business leaders achieve stellar performance and growth through entrepreneur and business management training. Chamber Development - The growth and development of Black chambers of commerce is a core focus of the U.S. Black Chamber.

(USBC) is proud to announce the appointment of two exceptional leaders to its Board of Directors: Necole Parker, Founder and CEO of The ELOCEN Group, and Nicole Elam, Esq., President and CEO of the National Bankers Association. Necole Parker brings over 30 years of experience leading The ELOCEN Group, a premier program and project management firm overseeing more than 200 million square feet of managed space. Her dedication to economic empowerment and community development is evident through her philanthropic work with The ELOCEN Group Foundation and her service on numerous boards, including Virginia Union University and the D.C. Chamber of Commerce. Nicole Elam leads the National Bankers Association, representing Minority Depository Institutions nationwide. As the youngest CEO in the association’s history, she brings 20 years of experience in public policy and financial inclusion, having played a key role in JPMorgan Chase’s $30 billion racial equity commitment. Together, Necole and Nicole embody the strength, innovation, and advocacy needed to drive USBC’s mission forward. Their appointments mark a significant milestone in our commitment to advancing Black economic empowerment and supporting Black-owned businesses across the country.
