Following an internal promotion and a retirement, we have reviewed our current structure and created three new Director positions within the Operational Management Team: ➡️Director of Airport Operations ➡️Director of Operational Support ➡️Director of Safety and Compliance Each Director role has a salary of £91,530 per annum. All roles are based at Head Office, Inverness, but the successful candidate may be based within daily travelling distance of any HIAL airport. Regular travel to Head Office, and our other locations, is required. You’ll have a proven track record of operating at a senior level within the aviation industry, coupled with a strong knowledge in in one of the key disciplines relevant to each role. As an ambassador for HIAL you will have excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills and experience of managing relationships with key partners and customers. Team working is crucial to this role as is a positive, flexible, and collaborative approach to balance conflicting and changing pressures. Strong financial acumen is also required.
