Billions of people want to move countries, but when they do they are locked out or overcharged for the financial products most people take for granted. Since 2017 we've set out to change that. We've since insured over 1 million people, and are one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe doing over half a billion of annual revenue. And, we've only just got started - we have so many more products to build & customers to service. We believe to be continually successful we need to attract the best people. So far we have 600+ people across 3 countries, and we are always on the look-out for more brilliant people. People who are ambitious, smart, collaborative, and attracted to getting things done. Big news from Marshmallow HQ - we've just raised $90M in our Series C! 🎉 A huge thank you to our incredible team, past and present, for getting us here. Our growth over the last few years is all thanks to you, and we can't wait to see what we achieve together next. This raise is a big milestone for us, but we're only just getting started. Until now, we’ve been focused on providing car insurance for people who move to the UK. But there are still major barriers in the financial services space that make it harder for newcomers to settle and take part in everyday life. Most of us spent the first four weeks of 2025 in our puffer coats thinking 'surely it can't STILL be January'. Except Robyn, who landed back in London on Feb 1st with a tan after her sabbatical. We're not jealous or anything...👀
4 years at Marshmallow = 4 week paid sabbatical 😍 I was lucky enough to spend mine travelling Chile and Bolivia at the start of this year. Yes the scenery was amazing, but the main win was avoiding the cold, grey UK for the entirety of January - 12/10 would recommend 👌 I joined Marshmallow back in 2020 in the midst of lockdown, hosting our 80 person company meetings from my Mum's kitchen table. Today we've got a team of over 700 Marshmallowers in two buzzing offices, and my Mum can now get a bowl of crisps in peace without hearing 'can everyone see my screen?' A huge thank you to everyone who's made my Marshmallow journey so great so far. Excited to see what the next 4 have in store 🚀

Our Islamic Community brought us together for heartwarming Iftar dinners at both our offices in London and Budapest, where colleagues shared delicious traditional meals and learned more about the rich traditions of Ramadan. It was a wonderful evening of connection, culture, and community—celebrating the spirit of togetherness. 💙🌙
