T-Mobile Doesn't Care About Loyal Customers
T-Mobile only cares about the profits. The customers (especially the loyal ones) are not appreciated at all. I have been a customer with T-Mobile since 2005, 20 years. Bill was and still is always paid on time, never late. I while back my screen was damaged, and I was unable to use my phone, I contacted T-Mobile several times, asking about a comp, upgrade or replacement, you would think after being a loyal customer for over 20 years, they would recognize this and offer an upgrade or at least a good discount, but they refused. At the time I was out of work and could not afford the price of a new phone, so I went without a phone for over 6 months. T-Mobile offers no perks to loyal customers, I expressed that I was considering moving my service to another carrier, and guess what, they could not care less. Hello, I have been a loyal customer (> 10 years) and have 2 lines. We had a vacation plan overseas (only one line) and I called customer service if they have international plans. An agent asked a country and put me on wait. Then they advised to buy a plan for one month (June 10-July 10) for $50. I agreed. After about a week, they charged me too much. I called and they waived but had to pay the $50 up, which I did. After 2-3 weeks, they again charged me way too much. I called again and the customer service said it is a one time fee and can't be waived. I told them, Tmobile is not keeping its word and that is wrong. I asked to connect me with a supervisor, but I was cut off. I don't know what to do now. I will be cancelling all the lines with Tmobile if they refuse to honor the agreement. On July 20th 2025 I contacted T-Mobile letting him know that my daughter's phone was not connecting network during that time I was I tried putting on the charger so that way I can back up everything so that way I could trade it in it it proceeded to tell me that it was too hot to charge they told me to let it cool down and then try charging it wirelessly so I did still said it was too hot so I let it cool down completely yesterday July 23rd 2025 my daughter's phone caught fire the battery exploded for reasons I'm not certain because I'm not a technician however when I contacted T-Mobile chat support they were super empathetic only said the best they could do is offer a $110 off my bill being frustrated by the conversation and the fact they were so empathetic I took the credit however it does not solve the fact that I am now out of a phone and the phone had caught fire and caused damage to my apartment but I'm not expecting them to pay for that but I am wanting a better resolution than only taking $110 off my bill that phone was $800 phone and that issue should have never happened they told me you know sympathies for the situation and they're grateful no one got hurt however something needs to be done then they proceeded to offer me oh you can pay $26.05 a month for a new phone I told him that I have videos and I have pictures and I can show the proof like as to what had happened in they told me that there was the furthest I was going to get was the supervisor and I'm not satisfied with thismrskahoe14 hours agoVisitor26Views0likes1CommentGateway device renamed itself
I didnt see my Tmobile internet name on network scan but I saw another tmobile name that was different but I verified it was my gateway. Why did it rename itself with a different password? I want to take a moment to sincerely recognize Mangual Joffre, he is a manager at T-Mobile in RIO Hondo Mall, Bayamon Puerto Rico, for delivering what I can only describe as exceptional customer service. After being looped around the system by others and nearly losing all hope, I was ready to jump ship to another carrier. The issue I was facing had tested my patience to the limit. But then came Mangual, who restored my faith in customer service—not just with T-Mobile, but in Puerto Rico as a whole. He went above and beyond the call of duty, giving 110% of his effort. He didn’t rush me, didn’t pass me off to someone else, and most importantly, he took ownership of the issue and resolved it with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Where others gave me the runaround, Mangual gave me results. Alongside Mangual, I also want to commend Omar, a phone representative who assisted as well. Together, they demonstrated how crucial it is to have team members who value the customer experience. In my eyes, Mangual deserves a raise and a medal. His service should be the model for customer support across the board. Thank you, Mangual, I applaud you, for giving me new hope, and for reminding me why T-Mobile is worth staying with. Cell trouble... no solution?
T-Mobile Customer Care, 800-937-8997, says there is a tower equipment issue in the Verona, WI area (closest T-Mobile tower nearest to Costco). Experiencing this issue: My iPhone 15 calls start off fine, then gradually my reception starts breaking down. Call audio,as reported by the far end, keeps dropping out. Apple i-Phone 15 was checked out at a T-Mobile Store and at an Apple store. Customer Care said a tower equipment fix is maybe two weeks off (as of July 3, 2025). Meanwhile, Customer Care suggested using Wi-Fi Calling when at home. They credited me $10/month for the next 6 months because of the inconvenience. Called again today, July 24, 2025. Tower equipment still having problems, Customer Care says, with no fix date available. Again, they suggested Wi-Fi calling when at home. Customer Care said another solution would be to switch to a different carrier! The active network ticket is 8296972. Customer Care said the tower is located on Prairie Road in Verona, Wisconsin. I do not know where Prairie Road is located. Anyone else having issues?
