Payment options include either 1) monthly payments with continued coverage, or 2) a one-time payment with coverage for 2 years with exception of NY. You agree to all the provisions of this Plan when you order and/or pay for it. By providing your electronic address to us or Samsung, you are authorizing us to communicate with you electronically.
1 Samsung Care+ with Loss and Theft is a combination of insurance and service contract. The insurance plan is underwritten by Technology Insurance Company, Inc., 59 Maiden Lane, 43rd Floor, New York, NY 10038, and administered by Servify (US) Inc., 5608 17th Ave. NW, Seattle, WA 98107, a licensed agent of Technology Insurance Company. In California, the insurance plan is administered by Servify d/b/a Servify Device Insurance Solutions (License # 6006231). The company obligated under this service contract in the District of Columbia and all states, except Florida, is Northcoast Warranty Services, Inc., located at 800 Superior Ave E., 21st Floor, Cleveland, OH 44114. In Florida, the company obligated under this service contract is Technology Insurance Company (License No. 03605). This service contract is administered by Servify.
2 Same-day screen repairs may be available for eligible devices in select areas. Repair options depend on claim approval time, parts availability, technician availability and location. Cracked screen repairs are $0 per claim with Theft and Loss and $29 per claim for Care+. Limitations and exclusions apply. Please see your terms and conditions for full coverage details.
3 Unlimited Accidental Damage from Handling. Additional restrictions may apply. Repair eligibility is subject to change. Unlimited battery repair subject to diagnostics test confirming 79% or less battery capacity. Service fees may apply. Unlimited claims for mechanical failure. 4 Deductible $99 - $199 applies based on your device. Claims may be fulfilled with new or refurbished product. If the same make and model is not available, a comparable model will be substituted. Please see terms and conditions for full coverage details.
