Between 2010 and 2023, more than 1,200 youth centers across the U.K. shuttered their doors. We need to protect creative spaces for young musicians. That’s exactly what we’re doing with the U.K.-based charity Youth Music. 🤝 Here’s how our Open Doors Fund is providing resources to at-risk grassroots organizations and investing in the next generation of artists. https://lnkd.in/eWu7J6YS

According to The Reading Agency, just one in three kids in the U.K. enjoys reading. At Spotify, we believe in the power of stories to inspire and educate, and that’s why we're partnering with The Reading Agency to bring audiobooks to this year’s Summer Reading Challenge. The Summer Reading Challenge has been a cornerstone of child literacy in the U.K. since 1999. By integrating audiobooks, these stories are more accessible for all children, including neurodiverse learners and those with visual impairments. They’re also adapting to how families engage with content in today's evolving technological landscape. Discover how Spotify is helping bridge the reading gap and making the "Story Garden" accessible to every child: https://lnkd.in/gPTrNg8F
