Terms of Service
Ticket
- Tickets at group, academic, and government attendee rates may be available. Please email GoogleCloudNext@GPJ.com to enquire about availability, pricing, and additional registration requirements.
- The following methods of payment will be available: debit card and credit card (Amex, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, and Visa). Each individual may only register themselves.
- Tickets are for the three-day conference. Single day tickets may be offered at a later date, subject to availability. Please check the Next ’26 FAQ for more information.
- Tickets must be used by the original registrant and are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
- Tickets may not be sold, bartered, auctioned, or transferred in any way, and doing so may result in Google rendering the ticket null and void without any responsibility to Google.
- Any request to cancel that’s made after purchase will not be honored with a refund, but the purchaser’s registration profile can be deleted at the registrant’s request by contacting GoogleCloudNext@GPJ.com.
- All ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges, regardless of weather conditions, session availability, or any other circumstance.
- Payments for registration tickets are powered by Stripe. To learn more, view Stripe’s policies.
- Hotel reservations are managed through HotelMap. To learn more, view HotelMap’s terms of service. If you have already booked a hotel room, refer to the booking receipt in your hotel confirmation email for the deposit and cancellation policy. General Registration Terms
- All information entered into the registration form must be correct and accurate. All information must be entered in English. Some of the information entered (such as name, company, and the photo you upload), will be displayed on your attendee badge.
- Once registered, you will not be able to change the name on your registration profile. Please make sure to register using the name that matches the government-issued photo ID you will be presenting when you check in to the conference.
- You agree to be solely responsible for your own safety, belongings, and well-being while participating in Next ’26, including off-site events. Google LLC and its affiliates won’t be liable for your participation in Next ’26, or for injury or damage of any kind resulting from or related to your participation in Next ’26.
- No solicitation or selling of items or services is allowed at Next ’26 unless specifically authorized by Google in advance. Any attendee conducting these activities may be removed from the conference and will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you were referred to register for Next ’26 by a Google Cloud Partner or Next ’26 Sponsor, your registration status and information may be shared with the Google Cloud Partner or Sponsor who referred you.
- Attendees can request the deletion of their registration profile from Google’s event database after the event ends by emailing GoogleCloudNext@GPJ.com.
Check-In
- At check-in, we will check your photo ID prior to distributing your Next ’26 badge. We will accept driver’s licenses, passports, and other forms of government-issued identification.
- If you purchase an education ticket, you will need to show a valid student ID (or equivalent academic documentation) in addition to your government-issued ID at check-in.
Your Attendee Badge
- Attendee badges may contain QR Code, NFC, BLE, or other RFID technologies to help us serve attendees, facilitate the event, and determine participation in various sessions and activities.
- By scanning your badge at showcases, sponsor booths, or sessions, your contact information may be shared with the company presenting at that showcase, booth, or session for marketing purposes. By scanning your badge at these stations, you consent to sharing your information with them.
- By scanning your badge at the showcase, sponsor booths, or sessions, your contact information will be shared and processed by a third-party vendor contracted by Google to provide badge scanning technology and equipment, as well as any sponsoring partner. By scanning your badge at these stations, you consent to sharing your information with the scanning vendor, and the sponsoring partner identified at the scanning location. All personal data will be processed in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for your badge and may not share it with another person. If you lose your badge, you will need to pay a $250 USD replacement fee for a new badge.
- As a sponsoring company, your company may be eligible to receive a report with an overview of its participation in Next ’26 (e.g., the most-attended sessions or topics of interest). Anonymous badge scan data would be a component of this report. By registering for Next ’26, you consent to the use of your badge scan information for this purpose.
Attendee Requirements
- General attendance at Next ’26 is for people 21 and older. Those younger than 21 may be eligible to attend, but their attendance may have additional requirements. Please contact GoogleCloudNext@GPJ.com for more information.
- Attendees are not permitted to bring guests to Next ’26 or to any pre- or post-Next ’26 events occurring at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center or off-site. If you have others traveling with you, they will need to register in order to attend or participate in any of Next ’26.
- If you are a government employee or official, please complete the government-related attendee section of the registration form. If you have any questions, contact GoogleCloudNext@GPJ.com.
- Attendance at Next ’26 is not allowed by the following:
- Residents of embargoed countries
- Individuals ordinarily resident in embargoed countries
- Individuals otherwise prohibited by applicable export controls and sanctions programs
Giveaways
- Attendees will receive an attendee badge and may be offered additional gifts. By registering and accepting any discounts, gifts, or items of value related to Next ’26, you acknowledge that you are doing so in compliance with applicable laws and your organization’s code of conduct.
- If you aren’t sure whether the professional guidelines for your school, university, organization, or agency would allow you to accept these items, please check with your local ethics officer in advance. The food and gifts available at Next ’26 are optional, so it may be possible to attend the event even if you cannot accept any giveaways.
Event Photography & Marketing Release
- You’re welcome to take personal photos of your Next ’26 experience to share with your friends or colleagues, or on social media. However, if by taking photos or video, you’re negatively impacting the experience of other attendees, you may be asked to stop or leave. Excessive photography/video, including unauthorized event broadcasts and press/media coverage, is prohibited and is grounds for your removal from the event. If you’d like to request approved media access, please contact press@google.com.
- Google will be documenting Next ’26. Photographs, audio, and/or video recorded by Google, or others on behalf of Google, at Next ’26 may include your image or likeness. By registering to attend Next ’26, you agree that Google may use such recorded content for any purpose without compensation to you.
Communications
- All registered attendees agree to allow Google and those working on its behalf to facilitate Next ’26 to contact them regarding their registration and attendance, and to provide information about the event. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to allow Google and its agencies supporting registration to communicate with you via email and phone with information regarding the event.
- Q&A sessions will occur at Next ’26. By registering for this event, you acknowledge that any questions you submit to the Q&A platform will be moderated by Google, and may be edited or removed at Google’s sole discretion. Google reserves its right to prohibit inappropriate, profane, hateful, or harassing content of any kind during its Q&A sessions.
Event Conduct
- Google is dedicated to providing a harassment-free and inclusive event experience for everyone regardless of gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disabilities, neurodiversity, physical appearance, body size, ethnicity, nationality, race, age, religion, or other protected categories. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form. Google takes violations of our policy seriously and will respond appropriately. - Next ’26 staff will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing discomfort or harassment to feel safe for the duration of the event. We value your attendance.
This policy extends to all Next ’26-related talks, forums, workshops, hands-on labs, social media, parties, hallway conversations, attendees, partners, sponsors, volunteers, event staff, etc. You catch our drift. Google reserves the right to refuse admittance to, or remove any person from, any Google-hosted event (including future Google events) at any time in its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, attendees behaving in a disorderly manner or failing to comply with this policy, and the terms and conditions herein. If a participant engages in harassing or uncomfortable behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning or expelling the offender from the conference with no refund.
